A wonderful set of antique maple skis made by the Northland Company in Hastings Minnesota.  They feature their original labels and bindings complete with the factory leather straps.  Old wooden skis in this condition with near perfect original labels are extremely difficult to find.  They have been preserved with our natural oil and beeswax finish.

Northland Ski Manufacturing Company was founded as the C. A. Lund Company in Hastings, Minnesota by Norwegian-born Christian A. Lund back in 1911. Skis, Poles, Boots, Bindings, Toboggans, and Snowshoes were manufactured at Hastings, Minnesota, St. Paul and in Laconia, New Hampshire. By the mid 1920’s and on into the 1930s, Northland was the nation’s largest producer of Winter Sporting equipment.
