Authentic Mountain Trooper Winter boots from the German Gebirgsjager. These boots have a wood sole, leather with leather and wool "uppers". Designed to keep the courageous Mountain infantry troops warm and dry. Each trooper must have been supremely fit - with the need to cover difficult mountain terrain with a heavy pack full of climbing and skiing equipment, as well as a shoe care kit, and uniform pieces for all types of weather.
