Split Reed style fishing basket. Decorative leather accent and corner reinforcement. This is the type of creel we would use for a cabin mantel display, or in a gentleman's library - neatly propped up on the bookshelf. Note: There is some wear on the leather to the lid causing the basket to stay open (does not fully close).
