A great set of native American Indian Snowshoes. They are intricately woven with animal hide; possibly caribou. Native American Indian snowshoes like these are difficult to find - as they are in perfect condition - no breaks in the babiche. They have leather bindings with nice long leather straps. The finish on these has worn off - and they are a natural wood color - absent much dirt and discoloration usually seen on vintage Native American snowshoes. Very unique and would be an excellent pair as part of a collage.
