Vintage Winter sells hard to find vintage mountaineering equipment including but not limited to, antique wood ice axes, vintage glacier goggles, pitons, vintage crampons, alpenstocks, piton hammers and other vintage climbing gear.
We have a large collection of antique climbing gear in our Museum that we occasionally deaccession. Some of our most prized items include old hemp climbing ropes, vintage Chouinard pitons and hammers, Tricount Hobnail mountain boots, Swiss military wooden ice axes, and a Swiss military fur rucksack complete with 2 flasks, ice axe, cookware, boot brushes, polish, weapon cleaning tools, sewing kit (31 buttons, thread, needles), extra leather straps, ski wax, and clothing.
