The skis feature classic pointed “nipple” tips and a flat-top design. Lund Company\u003c\/strong\u003e, founded in 1911 by Norwegian immigrant \u003cstrong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"605\"\u003eChristian A. Lund\u003c\/strong\u003e in Hastings, Minnesota. The company produced skis, poles, boots, bindings, toboggans, and snowshoes at facilities in Hastings, St. Paul, and Laconia, New Hampshire.
