These handsome skis are combined with very unique vintage leather ski boots and their camber blocks holding them together as one complete unit. The skis feature a striking ridgetop design, original bindings and period authentic vintage leather ski boots. The ski boots were the crème de la crème in their day...they have unique moustache brass toe clips and double layered leather complete with original waxed cotton laces. Great for decor in a corner or taken apart and hung on the wall.
One point about the "Ridgetop" that is interesting. This was an upgrade from the previous versions of a flat ski...to help with the chatter, or vibration from skiing at high speeds; vintage vibration dampening technology.
