It's not very often you find a set of vintage R.H. Macy's skis with original labels.  They were made for the famous and first Macy store at Herald Square in New York City.  R.H. Macy products typically were branded with a star logo fashioned after Mr. Rowland Hussey Macy's own tattoo he received while working on a Nantucket whaling ship.  These skis feature rounded tips, original labels and original leather strap bindings. ASH and 6 1/8" stamped into the ski. This is a very pretty ski with a tapered wooden design on the ski. A wonderful set of skis to add to your collection or hang on your wall.  They have been preserved with our natural oil finish.
