A wonderful example of the creativity involved in hand making snowshoes.  Are you decorating in modern mountain chic?  Perhaps you just appreciate and desire the artistry involved in snowshoe design.  These snowshoes are one-of-a-kind and were made by hand most likely by a trapper or miner trying to stake their claim.  Everything about their design suggests daily use with heavy loads, from the extra thick raw hide lacing to the durable wooden frames these snowshoes were built to last.
